>No delays, we are right on schedule, turn-over on 2016. But our pay term is up to 36months no interest for the DP, buyer can pay the balance if buyer wants to move in earlier.
 
Are there available Studio Executive or Studio Suites?
> All sold, BUT, we are still accepting reservations for these untis, pending availability of re-opened units.
 
What are the other charges?
> 5% of TCP for the transfer of title fee to your name, will be paid upon completion or final payment of the Downpayment

What is the update on development?

Are the units furnished?
> All units are finished, with Led Lights, Bedroom Cabinets, Kitchen with Overhead Cabinets by SPACE2000. All furnishings (ex. Ref, Cook top, Range, etc.) shall be provided by the unit owners. However, upon turn-over, the AEON TOWERS Management will provide a list of furnishings for sale, for easy & hassle free for our unit owners (optional).
 
Are PETS allowed?
> Technically no and a copy of the Deed of Restrictions will be provided to the unit owners.

> Provisions will be ready, Condo owners shall provide Inverter Split Type AC. Condensers are located at the four areas of each floor, call us to discuss in details.
 
What type of shower heater to be used in my unit?
> Provision will be ready for Individual Water Heater in the bathroom, unit to be provided by the unit owner.
 
How much is the parking unit? How many months to pay?
> Parking Unit is P1,050,000 per unit (size: 2.5 x 5meters=12.5sqm), payable maximum 3 years only. In bigger units, parking is A MUST and will be added in the Sale Price.
 
How much installation Fees for the light and water?
> Light & Water is Pre-paid System. Installation fee is estimate P15k for both.
